MyChart™ is a secure online tool providing patients, their designated family members, and caregivers, with free access to medical records and personal health information.  Using your computer or smart device, MyChart™ users can easily view test results, clinical documentation, and other health information. MyChart™ was developed by Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto and is used by more than 40 hospitals across Ontario.  Thousands of patients are registered for and using MyChart™ to remotely access their personal health information.

Using MyChart™ at MAHC

Patients using MyChart™ can access the secure online portal for access to medical and personal health information at MAHC including:

  • Allergies
  • History of MAHC visits
  • Medical history related to the patient
  • MAHC Laboratory results
  • MAHC Diagnostic Imaging reports (for images, please use PocketHealth)  
  • MAHC Electrocardiogram and/or Echocardiogram reports
  • MAHC Consultant notes, surgical notes, history and physical, discharge summary
  • MAHC Pathology reports*
  • MAHC Microbiology results

*Some reporting delays may apply

We are gradually adding more features to our MyChart™ implementation, including upcoming booked appointments at MAHC.

Register Online

Patients must be 16 years of age or older to sign up.  Create a MAHC MyChart™ account today to get started.  Please note it may take 3-5 business days to receive your PIN from Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare to complete your MyChart™ registration.

Register at the Hospital

To sign up in person, provide your email the next time you register at MAHC.  You will receive an email from MyChart™ with your unique PIN to complete the registration process and begin using MyChart™.  Should you need assistance with registering, please contact MyChart™'s support team by phone at 1-833-221-2202 or email maoht@mychart.ca.
